With Mother’s Day approaching this weekend, it seemed like the perfect time to write up a post on brunch. So I present this Friday Five – Eggs addition to hopefully provide some creative ideas so you can please your mom! I love eggs. I have written about how we love breakfast for dinner. A little known fact to most is that one should offer to host a brunch in lieu of a dinner. They are not nearly as much work and I think you can get so much more creative at a brunch.
We begin our Mother’s Day round up with a Spinach, Mushroom & Feta Crustless Quiche from Budget Bytes.
Sticking with the quiche theme, our next presentation is a Potato Leek Quiche from The Nutty Nutritionist.
You know I love Mexican food. This next recipe is so cool. It is a Chile Rellenos Casserole created by Winner Dinners.
This next idea is so fun. It is from my friend Nagi. She calls it No Washing Up Ham, Egg & Cheese Bread Bowls from RecipeTin Eats.
Crescent rolls are really very versatile for all types of recipes. This is a Crescent Bacon Breakfast Ring from Jo Cooks.
Our final idea for the Friday Five- eggs addition is an elegant looking dish. These are Baked Eggs in Avocado from White on Rice Couple.
