These graham cracker layer bars are another joint creation with my daughter. Â It is so fun when she is home. Â Come home Molly. Â Please. Â Who needs college. Â You can always cook with me.
These bars are quite fun and really easy to make. Â You can add chips of any flavor to mix it up and to meet your tastes. Â You can certainly add nuts, coconuts or any other typical cookie addition. Â I also favor bars to cookies because they are sturdier and easy to pick up. Â I guess that means I like the consistency of a bar more.
- 1 cup butterscotch morsels
- 8 – 10 oreo cookies, roughly chopped
Directions
Pre-heat your oven to 325 degrees. Â Coat a 13″ x 9″ glass baking dish. Â Melt the butter. Â In a bowl, combine the melted butter and the graham crackers. Â Press into the bottom of your prepared pan.
Next, top with the chopped oreos.
Then, add the chocolate chips and finish by adding the butterscotch chips. Â Do it in this order so you get more contrast in the colors.
Finish by pouring the condensed milk over the layers.
Bake for about 22 – 24 minutes until the chips just begin to melt.
Cut, serve and enjoy!

She is a genius and she would probably agree. She has earned that title at college and in the kitchen!
