This might be the most American in the series yet – Friday Five – American Series 4 – Hamburgers. What is great about Hamburgers is both how creative they can get and all the ingredients that are used to create a great sandwich.
So we begin this journey into the burger with this Chorizo Papas Burger from FromAway.
A burger made in the oven? What next? The Oven Burger from Living Better Together.
Now this is really cool and clever. A California Roll Burger from my friend the DixieChikCooks.
Continuing on this alternative burger concept, my wife and I love. salmon burgers. They are hearty and tasty. These are a Wild Salmon, Sweet Potato and Broccoli Patties with an Avocado Citrus Sauce from Vanille Verte.
This next burger is from my travels and was eaten at Butcher and the Burger. You can build your own burger from choosing the meat, to the spices in the burger to the toppings. Bottom line it is good and this is a very traditional burger. The Cheddar Burger from Butcher and the Burger as seen on Feed Your Soul Too.
Enjoy!

Some fantastic burgers in that line up. That cheddar burger pic from Butcher and the Burger is making me very hungry right now.

Great line up Peter. And yay, it’s almost burger season, if it would only quit snowing on my grill. And my oven is out or I’d try that oven burger.
Chef Peter Block
I can almost make it to my grill too. LOL!
